We wash everything from the spouting down to the ground. This includes all exterior walls, pole brushing of windows and framing and cleaning green mould off the spouting. After the wash we do a walk around to double check our work and correct any spots that may have been missed.

We recommend a yearly wash to keep the houses exterior looking great and in good condition. Yearly washing helps to  prevent damage to the exterior cladding that can be done by mould, carbon soot and dirt.

A soft wash for houses involves spraying on a safe chemical blend to break down mould and dirt build-up. This is followed by a low-pressure wash. Soft washing prevents the need for any high pressure waterblasting that can strip paint and cause cladding damage.

No, we rinse down plants before and after our work, which stops any damage. We move any pot plants we can away from the house or area we are washing.

We use a medium pressure to blast away dirt and mould build up when we are cleaning decks and paths. We also use a specialist Whirlaway surface cleaning machine on larger paths and driveways.

At least once a year is recommended. Although, houses located right by trees and sand should look at getting them done every six months as more build-up can occur.

The Skyvac gutter cleaning machine is really like a big vacuum cleaner for wet and blocked gutters. Our cameras check the gutters before and after and we take photos so we can all see what’s going on up there. Yes, we do exterior window washing. We can either wash them with tap water and a pole brush or use our pure filtered water system.

The pure water system works by filtering normal tap water through two ion exchange resin chambers which removes all the small particles in the water that can cause streaking. Using this purified water means the windows will dry streak and spot-free.
